Programs are designed for youth, middle school, high school and elite athletes. We offer training for athletes of all sports by enhancing multi-sports skills such as:
Every program begins with an introductory Athletic Assessment and is used to assess current ability, and identify strengths and weaknesses. Using the information from the evaluation, every athlete is designed a specific program that fits their needs. Training packages are available in 8, 16, and 24 session increments and last 1 hour in duration. Recommended training is 2 to 3 times per week for off-season athletes and 1 time per week for in-season athletes.
Below is a general overview of our programs. Every athlete is treated as an individual and will be placed accordingly to their athletic skill level and ability.
